What is EMS
EMS sands for Electro Muscle Stimulation, you may have heard of it or tried it before. But it has all changed, it is not the same beast as it was. It has gotten much better and in thirty minutes you can do the equivalent of three thousand crunches. I tried it out and after five minutes I felt like I has done an hours workout.
Where can I get it done?
I went to Xara Skin Clinic in Lane Cove, to get my EMS.
If you go there, park in The Canopy, on levels two to four where there is three hours free parking. Xara Skin Clinic are right across the lane way on Birdwood Lane.
What areas can I treat?
